Please note that at this time we are only shipping within Canada. When using
Order Online, an e-mail order will be sent
to Lobster on the Wharf. An employee will contact you with shipping and payment
details.
Shipping & Handling
We can deliver to any destinations serviced by these national
carriers. Shipping and handling charges will be determined by
the carrier responsible for your delivery. An employee will contact
you with the exact cost of the order (taxes, shipping and handling
included) when it is processed. For your convenience, we will send you
an e-mail message confirming these details, as well as the date of
arrival. There will be a surcharge for Saturday delivery.
Payment Terms & Taxes
Your order will be processed after shipping details have been
confirmed. GST/HST is applicable to non-seafood items, packaging and
shipping across Canada.

With the continued rise of both consumers and businesses on the

purposes other than those for which it was collected, except with the

Order Processing Time
In order to process and deliver the freshest product possible, orders
are accepted up to 2:00 pm Eastern Standard Time, for delivery within
48 hours. We require 24 hours to ensure that your order is properly
processed within our distribution facility and 24 hours to deliver to
your door.
When Your Package Arrives
PLEASE REMEMBER - This is a perishable product.
Due to the nature of the product, please ensure that someone is available at
your shipping address to receive and properly store your shipment on delivery
day. Ensure that the frozen portion of your order is immediately placed in a
refrigerator or freezer, and that your live lobster is kept damp and cool until
ready to eat. Make sure you have a pot large enough to cook all of your lobster,
or have several smaller pots available to cook them simultaneously. If you have

Returns
Due to the fact that seafood is so perishable, we cannot accept
returns. However, if you have a problem with your package, call us
